  1. Which credit card can I use to buy a picture?
    All credit card payments processed through the 2Checkout.com – Secure Online Checkout Service. 2Checkout.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus cards. This includes all card types which are derivatives of those brands. Some examples are: Visa check cards and debit cards, MasterCard "MasterMoney", EuroCard, etc.

  2. May I pay for my picture with other forms of payment, such as paper checks, or money transfers?
    Yes. You may send your paper check by mail to the gallery mailing address. Make the check payable to Tatiana Barbanov – gallery treasurer. We shall send you your picture as soon as your check will be received and cleared. This form of payment will take more time, than other forms of payment.
    You may also transfer your payment through Western Union in the name of Tatiana Barbanov,stating the gallery mailing address.In any case you have to notify us by e-mail to sales@1stholyland.com of your payment.

  3. What is the sequence of events that occurs when I buy a picture with my credit card?
    After you place an order through 2Checkout.com, 2Checkout.com sends an Order Confirmation to your E-mail address. You can use it as an invoice or receipt, if you choose to print the E-mail message.
    After your credit card has been successfully billed, 2Checkout.com then sends the order to the Gallery. We at the Gallery will ship your picture within five to seven business days. We shall immediately notify you by e-mail of your picture shipping details.

  4. My credit card company refuses or declines a charge, how can I get more information?
    To protect your privacy, credit card companies do not tell neither the Gallery nor the Checkout Service (2Checkout.com) the reason why your charge was refused.
    If your order is refused or declined, please contact your credit card company and ask the reason why the charge was declined.

  5. How can I get additional help on my credit card transaction?
    You may look for a solution of your problem at the 2Checkout.com’s home page http://www.2checkout.com. In more complicated case you can contact 2Checkout.com’s support staff at support@2checkout.com.

  6. What is the Gallery return policy? Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
    Yes, your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return your painting within 30 days after delivery and we will refund the full amount of your purchase less shipping and handling. You will pay for return shipping, and the painting must be returned in perfect condition via UPS or DHL, in its original packaging, to the Gallery mailing address. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days after arrival of returned painting to the Gallery.

  7. Can I shop in 1st HolyLand Online Gallery anytime?
    Shop with us on the Internet! 1st HolyLand Online Gallery is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (people of the Gallery don’t work from Friday afternoon till Saturday evening Israeli time and on Jewish holidays).

    Ordering online has never been easier! If you wish to purchase a painting, simply click on the "Buy" button near the painting. Then follow instructions on the buying page. Or if you prefer, you can also place your order to the Gallery mailing address.

  9. Where and how do you deliver?
    We ship anywhere in the world via United Parcel Service http://www.ups.com/. We know you want your paintings as soon as possible. That is why we ship exclusively with UPS. They offer an excellent service.
    You'll pay for shipping when you'll receive your paintings. The UPS price depends on the destination and the weight. We believe in long-term goals, and look forward to serving you, now and in the future!
    When we ship your order, you receive your tracking number in your mailbox. Then you can track your UPS bar coded package, any time, and anywhere in the world.

  10. What proof of authenticity of my picture shall I get?
    Each painting you buy comes with a certificate hand signed by the artist.

  11. Will Holy Land Art appreciate in value?
    If you are collecting art for investment, rest assured that Holy Land Art is an excellent investment since interest in Holy Land Art is growing internationally.

  12. Do your online images look just like the actual art works do?
    We have done everything in our means to create an online gallery that is representative of the original works. However, some images are very difficult to recreate exactly as they are painted.
    As a rule of thumb, expect the painting that you order to look a little deeper in color.

  13. How long will it take for my painting to arrive?
    Orders ship approximately 3-5 business days after the order is placed, and delivery dates range from 1-3 weeks after order placement.. Delivery time for UPS varies due to destination distance. You can track your order via the UPS Tracking system.
